Place the unworn items with original tags attached back into the original shipping box or a secure package of your choice.
Generate a Label
Visit our online returns portal to print a pre-paid Canada Post shipping label or retrieve a QR code for easy drop-off.
Ship It Back
Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at any Canada Post location; a small return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
